At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and the excellent quality produce that is available locally. The majority of our food is freshly prepared and cooked from ‘farm to fork’ by our Head Chef Andy Millard and his enthusiastic kitchen team. Our menu is varied and seasonal, appealing to all tastes and includes Chef Specials, favourite traditional “pub classics” and Sunday roasts. We’re proud to say that we champion local produce and regional suppliers; fromMermaid Seafoods here in Llandudno to Dolmeinir Meats, whose wares come directfrom the family farm on Anglesey. We bake our own bread every day, make eachand every sauce or accompaniment – the mayo, the bearnaise, the dips, thechutneys – although we’ll own up to leaving the ketchup to the experts.
