Located inside of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort, SHOR American Seafood Grill has the freshest Seafood and the best views in town. Our floor to ceiling windows and a large outdoor patio provide spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico. Every seat is a great one. Outdoor Seating is available upon request, but not guaranteed. Whether Breakfast or Dinner we have dishes that please. Our specialties include the Crab Benedict for Breakfast, & the Signature Lobster Mac & Cheese for Dinner. If seafood is not preferred, we have fabulous Steak, Pasta, Vegetarian and Vegan options. Our full menu is available online. At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. With all decorations, including waitstaff, dressed for Christmas it was a festive atmosphere. Even the outside eating on the patio was bedight with colored lights and decorations. The food was excellent. Having eaten at this location during the holidays for several years this was absolutely the best food I have seen them produce. Even the desserts were outstanding.

We had a wonderful time! At first the hostess said no one is leaving their table so they would have to make us wait. I said I had reservations outside. They said of well we can seat you outside then. Duh! But we had a beautiful eve seated outside and a great waiter!!!!

This was our 1st visit as we're on holidays from Ireland 🇮🇪 and it did not disappoint,the girl looking after us was so helpful nice and efficient.The food was sooo good and the portion sizes were so generous 😀 would definitely reccomend this restaurant 😀
