Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Every day is a learning experience for our students, and we welcome comments and suggestions as we strive to improve your dining experience. We greatly appreciate your patronage. Please note that reservations are limited due to the nature of our restaurant. Dinner reservations fill up quickly and will close 24 hours prior to dinner. Loved the atmosphere, the waiters, I also like how all of our food came out in stages and not all at once so we didn’t feel rushed to eat, definitely a must try.

This was the best restaurant I have eaten at in Lubbock during the past 20 years. I recommend you try the food and hopefully you will can meet Chef Antonio Pina. The service was great.

Was glad we had no wait to get to our table. Didn’t get bread before our meal and our server didn’t check back with us as often as I feel he should’ve but overall was a nice dining experience

Had a great time. Food was delicious. Appetizers serving were small. Queso and chips and fried pickles were small servings. Service was a little slow Alton’s got our food really fast- just extra- ketchup, extra ranch, etc…. Games were great Also we did ask if peanut oil was used- had a peanut allergy- Had to ask 3 times… was finally told” it should be fine”. Wasn’t the most definitive answer… would’ve liked a more clear answer
