Caracara serves authentic, upscale Mexican food in a comfortable setting. Couples, families and singles will feel at home in our dining room or tequila lounge. We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. We strive to replicate the culinary experiences that we find when we visit the Amalfi Coast. Our hometown, Vico Equense, is referred to as the “Gateway to the Amalfi Coast” and the "Food Capital of Italy". Directly across from Monte Vesuvio, Vico is rich with the same soil as the San Marzano area. We aim to share the cherished memories cooking with Nonna.     Great food and service unique and amazing cocktails!! The menu is different, fun and lots of choices. It was my first time and I'll go back. If you you want a quiet place to eat this is not the place but the food, server and people are very nice.

    My wife and I had an excellent meal last night at The Halston. Started with some wine from a fairly extensive but reasonably priced beverage list and proceeded to order a Tuna Sashimi appetizer followed by 2 entrees that we shared which were the prime sirloin steak and the Nova Scotia salmon. The steak came to the table sliced into about 15 slices and cooked perfect to medium rare. The salmon was broiled and came with some roasted corn. We ordered some creamed spinach as well and shared a brownie for dessert. Our server Chris was attentive but not bothersome and all in all, a great meal. We will return for another meal in the near future.

    I can not begin to explain how special tonight was. I called ahead to specifically tell the manager it was my anniversary and wow did he go above and beyond to sure my wife and I had the best time. My servers were fantastic, the food was amazing, and I just left so happy. Well Done Casa Stellina!! Well done.
