Lilly was our server and was excellent! She was very attentive, spoke with confidence and so sweet and friendly! We're going to ask for he from now on! She asked if we were celebrating anything, and my wife said it was my birthday. My to my surprise, she came back with a skillet cookie, candle and everything. Wow, what customer service. Choptank is our go to place!

Had an amazing time. Our server Alec was awesome and was so attentive. We were there for our 29th anniversary and he made it so special. Between making sure we had some great pictures as well as giving us a card and a little dessert. We have been to Charthouse Prime before but that was our best experience.

We received excellent service and food from start to finish for a birthday celebration. We went for Sunday brunch to celebrate two birthdays. Our server checked on us regularly, and so did the manager. Each birthday celebrant received a birthday card that included a gift card for a free appetizer on a return visit. The weather was bad the day we went, so we practically had the place to ourselves. It felt like we were in a home instead of a restaurant because we were allowed to use a semi-private area for our group (even though we had not reserved the space). The food was fresh and delicious--something for everyone--including the raw bar, carving station, dessert table, breakfast/brunch standards, etc.

Everything was perfect - from drinks, to appetizer, to main course, to dessert. Our waiter was very attentive and eager to make sure our experience was amazing.
