Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu. Just like Billy, we like to try things that you’ve never seen before!  Bleu Duck Kitchen and Oyster Bar is a full service restaurant that provides a fun and welcoming atmosphere where white linens meet a casual feel to create the new concept of “fun-dining”.     I LOVE Five West. The menu is extensive with many varied dishes. The service is excellent. When we request specific seating (booth, no high-tops, outside, etc.) they have always accommodated us. The setting is up to date urban and active but not raucously loud. We have about two go-to restaurants in Rochester, and this is one. We are never disappointed there.

    The food, service and ambience were outstanding at Chester’s. Our entire table enjoyed different walleye dishes and everyone was very happy with their entrees. Desserts were generous and delicious. The restaurant was crowded with large holiday groups but the overall noise level was moderate, snd for once I did not have trouble hearing my table mates conversation. Devin was an efficient and personable server and the manager stopped by our table to ensure we were being taken care of. Outstanding food, great service.
