Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core. A cuisine that’s yet to be fully explored in Perth but is soulful, homely and undeniable delicious. Expect to not only experience things more familiar like Oysters, Wood fired meat, fried chicken & croquette’s … because that is just the beginning. The food was amazing and the servicenwas awesome. I want to try everything on the menu becuase it was so good. They were also very accommodating on the dietry requirements for one of my friends and were extremely helpful in assisting with on accommodating our requests

Wow, the food and presentation of the dishes was outstanding. We loved everything we tasted - oysters, scallops, A5 Waygu, croquettes - All were so delicious. Cocktails were great too.
