Located just north of the Demere Rd. round-a-bout in Redfern Village, in the heart of St. Simons Island, we offer a full bar, a wide selection of appetizers and seafood with an extensive raw bar and feature a pristine marsh view. Oyster offerings rotate from aquacultures up & down the East Coast, and are available raw or steamed as well as stuffed & baked. Meat eaters fear not! We offer a Filet, NY Strip and Pork Ribeye that will compete with any steakhouse in the area. Enjoy cocktails & appetizers and enjoy the marsh view from the lounge on our back porch!Notable appetizers include the Raw Oysters (of course!), Old Bay Chicken Wings, Drunken Clams and Southern Crab Dip. We had 9 for dinner inside. Wish we had done outside for the scenery. Rashada was excellent as our server as usual. The special with a scallop, mussels, and clams would have been better if the chef was not so heavy with the saltshaker in the juice. The dish was costly, but we are lucky to have our member's discount. We still love being at Sago with our group every Wednesday night!

My husband & I love sitting at the bar at Halyard’s for a martini and a good meal. Last night I ordered the chopped wedge salad and a bowl of the crab soup, which is hard to get and is always delicious here. Classic low-country “she-crab” soup. Adding sherry as the menu provides, is a must.

The food was fantastic. My husband had the lamb amazing. Mike, the bartender, took such great care of us . It was both our birthdays. Thank you, Mike, for making our night more special!
