Pastavino translates to pasta & wine, the quintessential Italian experience, drawing inspiration from the traditional trattorias & enotecas throughout Italy. Michelin Star Chef Josh Laurano's menu focuses on modern interpretations of familiar Italian flavors, house made pastas, focaccia & secondi. We pride ourselves on seasonality, using local ingredients, and allowing them to be the soul of the menu - Materia Prima. If you do not see your desired time or party size please check RESY or call the restaurant directly . We do not put all tables online to allow for phone reservations and walk in's.     What a great experience! Beautiful space, really welcoming staff and the food was amazing. I strongly recommend the lobster rolls. They were literally make your mouth water just thinking about them the next day. Drinks were great. Above all, the staff is really well trained. Everyone is approachable and friendly. Extra shout out to Zach and John for recognizing us from Violette's!

    Their tapas are big enough for a meal! Each one was delicious. Worth a trip to Staten Island to go to this restaurant with great food and very good value. Service is also friendly and professional.

    Went to celebrate a birthday. I love the whole vibe of the restaurant. All our cocktails were delicious. We ordered a few appetizers, including the flatbread, which were amazing. All our entrées were delicious. The service was terrific. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful and never did we feel rushed? I would highly recommend, this restaurant to anyone
