Our initial server explained the experience and process well. I was only mildly critical of the ambience because we were positioned right next to the server station. It may be part of the operational standard, but I didn't need my water glass refilled with every sip. The meats toward the end of our stay were the best. Oh my the mignon, the ribeye and pork loin are worth holding out for. And that grilled pineapple is still on my mind.
