Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France. Excellent steak. Had the bone in ribeye. Also had the wedge salad which was perfect. Cocktails were good and the ambience even better. Def better and closer than Cattlemans!!

From the onset, by being cordially greeted by Oscar and the impeccable service of Scott gave us such a wonderful experience. The ambiance was soothing, again the service was outstanding, the food delicious. Definitely worth my time and money.
