The zibibbo grape, also known as Muscat of Alexandra. It is considered an “ancient vine” and some wine experts believe it is one of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still in existence. This vine made it’s way to Italy in 1773 from the arabic nations where the name was zibibb. Italy had the perfect climent and rich soil for the vine.     We dine at Firebirds every week and are never disappointed. The new addition to their Perfect Pair menu, Grilled Cheese and Sirloin Sandwich with soup or salad, is awesome! In addition to the many great entrees and inviting ambiance, the service is really excellent. On this visit, one of our favorite servers, Carmen, took care of us and assured we had a perfect dining experience.

    Steaks were cooked to perfection. Our salad and tuna tar tar were both delicious as well. Best steak I've had in Prince William county. The ambiance was really you're eating steak in a casino and not a steakhouse. Our waitress was amazing and the staff even made the effort to pull up my open table reservation and call me after I left my debt card.

    Our family went to dinner at Robiolina after Christmas Eve Mass. We had made reservations, but arrived 30 minutes early. Nevertheless, we were seated promptly. Our beautiful server, Aneuska, was outstanding! She offered us specials and recommendations, and we ordered cocktails. They were superb! We ordered our entrees, and they arrived quickly. Delicious food! Aneuska checked on us frequently and ensured we had everything we needed. Robiolina is excellent for any occasion. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and enjoyed our conversations with Aneuska. A wonderful way to start our Christmas season!
