Outstanding experience at Le Flamboire during our time in Paris celebrating our 30th anniversary! The owner and chef went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. The hand-cut steak was excellent and grilled to perfection. The owner made sure the wine was to our liking and assisted us with a small tasting. Do not pass on Le Flamboire!

Service was exceptional--by servers and the manager (sorry, not sure of titles). Wonderful people and the food was tasty. I was dining alone but if others were w/me, we could have tasted more. Creative dishes!
