His passion for being a culinary artist is truly unmatched.With Anthony Bourdaine's mentorship at CIA, Chef Wes Choplin has surpassed and achieved many of his culinary goals and received awards for his talent and community service throughout North Carolina. Excellent Birthday dinner! Bobbi does a fantastic job of overseeing the dining area. The Mediterranean pizza was really delicious! And the atmosphere is demure! Our server Donald is absolutely fabulous!! Noah, the F & B Mgr. Was extremely helpful in our wine selections!! Looking forward to our next visit! 🤩😋

Thanksgiving at Red Rocks Cafe - Birkdale was excellent. Thank you for being open! Our server did a great job. I don't recall his name - we were very pleased him and the entire experience. The filet medallions were perfect. Y'all were busy - everything appreared to run very smoothly.

This was my first experience at the melting pot and it was great. The food was fresh and so much flavor in the bites. Dipping was fun and delicious. But what really made our experience worth returning for, is Taylor’s service. She was hospitable, engaging and able to be present without hovering. It was my birthday and she treated us so well, I can’t wait to return
