The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-36 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. Went there for dinner for my wife's birthday. Great experience, weather was perfect, the place was quiet, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Overall, brilliant experience, we would highly recommend it!

The staff at Wooli Tavern were highly accommodating when at the last minute we added an extra two people to our booking. It was a Saturday night in peek summer period so this was especially tricky for them but they still did it for us.
