Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck!     The lobster bisque is delicious! We also enjoyed the Caesar salads and shrimp. I liked the tagliatelle pasta with mushrooms and truffle oil but felt there was too much oil in the dish. We also shared a crime brûlée which was fabulously yummy! Overall, a wonderful evening. Thank you Tereza!

    The food, service and ambience were outstanding at Chester’s. Our entire table enjoyed different walleye dishes and everyone was very happy with their entrees. Desserts were generous and delicious. The restaurant was crowded with large holiday groups but the overall noise level was moderate, snd for once I did not have trouble hearing my table mates conversation. Devin was an efficient and personable server and the manager stopped by our table to ensure we were being taken care of. Outstanding food, great service.
