Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails.     Food was great, the flavoring was perfect! Really enjoyed all aspects. The restaurant space was beautiful and they did an amazing job in renovating the space. Will recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a great new place to gather!

    Dined there several times for lunch. First time for dinner and the menu did not disappoint. Perfectly prepared and tasty. Atmosphere is not stuffy. Casual dress. If you’re not local, make the drive.

    This was my wife and my’s first time dinner at Branded Chophouse. We had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Kaiya was attentive and personable. She did an amazing job and we enjoyed our banter with her. The NY Strip was delicious and prepared just to our liking! The sides were perfectly portioned and very good as well. Since there was no performance, we were seated in the Vanish Hall. It was quiet, with a vintage rustic elegance. Perfect for a romantic dinner for 2. We walked away looking forward to our next return!
