Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. Another great meal yesterday evening at the Oxley House in Elkins West Virginia. Both the Appalachian Burgoo and Pork Chop were great. Cudos to the chef and kitchen staff. Dining at the Oxley House is becoming a weekly event for us.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Buffet! Great meal, great service, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view! All the staff was great and very friendly! I’ve been to Stillwaters for their Thanksgiving buffet and it’s great as well! I hope Lightburns at Stonewall Resort have this again next year, I like the smaller atmosphere better!
