Fuji at WoC is the flagship location of JP Fuji Group, located in Quincy, Massachusetts. This location is unique because in an exclusively enclosed section of the restaurant is the Private Chefs Kitchen. Here, guests can enjoy Omakase—a Japanese phrase that means ‘I’ll leave it up to you.' Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens. Our restaurant is a casual vibe that is perfect for dinner with friends and family, date nights, or to enjoy cheering on our Boston teams on one of our 11 TVs. We are open for lunch Monday-Friday at 12pm, with our main menu available until 10pm; and our late-night menu is available 10pm-12am daily.     Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was so attentive, the owner even came out to say hello to all of the tables, he’s a sweetheart! And the food was to dieeeee for. Both of our dinners were cooked to perfection, had asparagus and mac n cheese as sides. Asparagus stole the show. And we had their special for dessert. All of their desserts and baked goods are made in house by a pastry chef. Cocktails were great, ambience was chic, can’t wait to go back.

    Had an amazing time at Dotty’s! Food was phenomenal—they served a salmon toast special this evening that was absolutely incredible. I hope they make it a permanent feature on the menu. The service was spectacular. All the staff were so friendly and attentive. We will most definitely be back! A wonderful evening spent.
