We offer fresh food focused on local sourcing and home-made recipees. Our beef is raised in Holgate, OH and processed locally. The cheese on our boards is made from local, whole milk in Hicksville, OH. We use 100% California olive oil in our oil based dressings - it is not cut with canola/soy/vegetable oils. The staff at this restaurant are exceptional. Your waiter/waitress is not the only one coming around to your table. Several staff asked how I was doing, did I need anything etc. Last time I was here, I ordered a drink and the man who prepared my drink brought it out to me. The menu isn’t too big. Food is delicious. It’s a very small restaurant, so it’s a good idea to make reservations.
