The RestaurantOur main restaurant is modern with a lantern light ceiling which allows in plenty of natural light to flood in. A great piece of real architectural design. The restaurant boast some wonderful bespoke ironwork along with a vintage industrial feel . This restaurant offers a modern ambiance an ideal place to catch up with family and friends and enjoy our mouthwatering local dishes. The InnThe Inn is full of old world charm with little hidden nucks for dining. This restaurant is full of character and is used at lunch times primarily, but in the evenings, it offers a cosy ambiance lit by candle light ideal for a more casual approach to dining.The Inn also offers an afternoon tea which is simply divine. Food was absolutely delicious, staff were welcoming and attentive. They did find it difficult to keep up with serving and clearing when it got busier but the atmosphere was great and we will definitely be back for more!

We had really nice Christmas lunch. Food was great, as were the staff. Also a good atmosphere, with music and everyone smiling and enjoying themselves. Hadn't been before, so will be good to go back when it's warmer and have a look around the marina at the same time.

We both chose the set menu. 3 courses with good options was excellent value for money. The prawn cocktail was particularly good. The highlight was the sticky toffee dessert which I can honestly say is the best I have ever had. Choices for the main course were not overly exciting but beautifully presented. I opted for the haddock served in a cheese sauce which I enjoyed. The service was excellent, friendly but non intrusive. The dining room was full yet we were served promptly and made to feel welcome. The dining room itself is a special treat overlooking the lake.
