Cafe Zinc is one of the best restaurants in Midland! Kathy was our waiter and she is always so nice

Our second time dining in this restaurant. The service was excellent, and food was certainly very good. Really nothing to complain about. We visit H-Hotel and its bars and restaurants for weekend getaways when time does not allow for a full vacation trip. It is a great refresher for busy two-career couples who have the usual family obligations and other commitments.

Server was amazing and treated my birthday like it was something special to him!

The server was extremely nice and polite. I got the Cajun chicken pasta with a side salad and my friend got the surf & turf with mashed potatoes and broccoli. She said the steak was a tad chewy at medium rare but still good. Would recommend for sea food in Mount Pleasant.

We had a wonderful server, Trokon, and had an excellent lunch.
