Tierra de sol is a great place to eat, inside and out depending on the weather. Menu has a nice variety of different options. Service is excellent. Making a reservation is the key, so there is no waiting, in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We enjoy going there.

Overall an exceptional experience, food was very good, service was very good. Almost 2 hours start to finish, a bit slower than expected but fine dining does take a bit longer. The one thing that aggravates me is the tip calculator on the check. I don’t believe it is intentionally dishonest, restaurant operators should however know better. Tips should be calculated off of pretax amount, not post tax amount. About 50% of restaurants do this and it’s not right! No one should pay a tip on tax.

Our server Kamryn provided excellent service. Her recommendations were perfect! We had a great meal and will definitely return.

Calypso is a beautiful remodeled space in the Waterfront Inn. We had an enjoyable dinner with excellent service from Tammy. Drinks were generous and reasonably priced. A couple of comments, however. The new space is loud and makes conversations a little difficult. The food was very good, but the Jerk Chicken was served as a half bone-in chicken. This creates some serious work for the diner. We will definitely return.
