Welcome to the Butchers Arms.Our 16th century Public House is situated on Lime Street in the parish of Eldersfield near Gloucester.The Butchers Arms is first and foremost a rural pub, where the bar is the hub of life, with low ceilings, wooden floors, roaring fires and real ale served straight from the cask. An excellent meal. Inventive starter - smoked eel with horseradish and beetroot, followed by a very generous and perfectly cooked piece of cod in a saffron sauce with mussels, and panna cotta to finish. The Finger Post Sauvignon Blanc was one of the best we’ve tasted. Friendly and efficient service and a really good atmosphere.
