Food was excellent and service was lacking and was slow

Already is one of my favorite restaurants. The service is excellent and the food is the best in the Middle East, let alone Jordan. I stop by here every time I am in Amman. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing. Steak and after meal are great. Highly recommended, especially white coffee.

Ehab, the manager of loft, in order to assuage concerns about the long 8 minutes wait standing for our table which was booked for 9:30pm because two girls were sitting there taking selfies after they had paid instead of handing over the table, lied and made us sit on another table next to it claiming it’s our table then later on moved us to the actual table when the girls left. He could have simply said that we can sit on the table next to it waiting instead of lying. We are not abrasive and were speaking respectfully. Later on I could see him and read his lips asking our waiter Wael to come to us and ask if the table reservations number were still 10 because our guests were late. In the end 4 people out of 10 did not show up because 2 were late at their family dinner since we wanted to leave by 11:15pm, and a couple were stuck at home tending to their sick toddler. Both situation beyond our control

Good restaurant to eat ur lunch or dinner with your family & friends but it have too much people on restaurant corridors! But it’s cool
