Abruzzo Italian Kitchen opened in December 2017. As is the Italian tradition, our focus is on the quality of our ingredients and simplicity of preparation. We cook by hand, from scratch, including all of our fresh pastas and wood fired pizzas. In addition to the Italian staples, we offer an extensive shared plates selection, grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and a small but decadent dessert list, all prepared in-house and served alongside an Italian-focused cocktail program and an Italian-centric wine list. Saketome Sushi is a sushi bar known for its wide selection of seafood cuisine prepared from freshly caught fish. The restaurant has a quaint décor with spacious interiors and has artistic wallpapers on the walls with fish-shaped glass works all over the premises. It has a casual and inviting ambiance, while the noise levels are average, making it a nice place to have lunch and dinner with family and friends. The waiting staff is multilingual, and provides quick and professional service. The menu at Saketome Sushi is divided into several categories, including appetizers, sashimi/nigri, makimono and specialty rolls. Aside from the sushi, some of the customer favorites are uni naked, hamachi sashimi, California maki and ahi nigri. It has a full bar featuring a diverse range of drinks such as wine, sake, beer and cocktails. Saketome Sushi offers al fresco dining experience to customers who prefer to eat in fresh air.

Open Wednesday-Saturday from December-March, this year's menu features Spanish-style tapas, beautiful salads and flavorful entrees, as well as a Spanish wine list and cocktails. Chef Rob Clagett is at the helm of the culinary experience and guests will find many locally sourced ingredients in his thoughtful dishes. Seated Bar offers our full menu. The lounge offers our tapas menu. Both Bar/Lounge are walk-in only. Please call for day of availability as there are commonly last minute cancellations. Reservations of 8+ need to be made directly by calling us at 406-837-7302. There is an 18% auto-gratuity fee. We do not accept reservations via email or voicemail. Bar/Lounge is walk-in only.

Food was perfect! The scallops tapas melt in your mouth! Waitress suggested a Spanish red wine that was perfectly paired with our dinner. Will look forward to our next dining experience in the beautiful lodge!

The steak was the best in the valley. Arancini, rice ball appetizers left us wanting more. Wine list was decent. Good job.

I took my GF for our anniversary, and they gave us a cute card on top of an amazing meal. The bison and mignon steaks we ordered were beyond perfect. The prices are high but are totally justified by how awesome the staff and the food were. My girlfriend and I left extremely happy and will definitely recommend giving this place a shot. Also our dessert was complimentary for our anniversary. Thank you so much!
