Grotto Wood Fired Grill and Wine Cave was amazing! My wife and are here for the first time on our anniversary trip. We started with burrata, my wife had the salmon Grotto style w/ asparagus and I had a filet w/ wine soaked mushrooms. All were amazing and we'll be back when back in Eureka Springs.

Perfect. The complete Meal was delicious. I did the thanksgiving special. The turkey was the Juiciest ever. Loved the dressing, gravy, and potatoes. We also had a filet. Wedge salad is bursting with flavor. It was a perfect day. Our waiter was excellent .

We had the Wagyu beef, Stoneburger and Pimento & sourdough appetizers. Everything was incredible!! Delicious!

Blown away by how good the food was. Our server was very informative and attentive. The restaurant itself was gorgeous. We can’t wait to go back!
