We’ve been here several times, and the food has always been excellent. However, the prices are on the higher side, especially when we considered adding a side salad, it just wasn’t worth the cost. Our server seemed a bit annoyed when we shared a meal, though it’s possible we misinterpreted his demeanor. Regardless, we left over a 20% tip. That said, the eggplant parm is a standout and definitely worth trying!

Waitperson Kenny is an asset to your team. Twin lobster tails are cooked perfectly. Look forward to our return.

It is always a good time at Sugar factory. The food is always good quality and we enjoy the atmosphere, as they do a wonderful job celebrating birthdays, etc. The wait staff at the Sugar factory in Dover Downs, in Dover, Delaware are a wonderful team.
