Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. You will find all the fish is delivered from Foley’s in Boston, high quality steaks and a rotating selection of vegetable sides that are true to the region and season. We went to celebrate my s/o birthday and it was worth every penny. They gave him a birthday card and everyone we passed wished him a happy birthday. The service was excellent. They made him feel very special.

Hidden gem. Loved this place- farm to table, locally sourced foods, very fresh. We did the date night prix fixe menu and it was a great 5 coures dining experience paired with a bottle of wine. Ambiance was great, service was wonderful. Would DEFINITELY go back

This was our 3rd visit to the Chattanooga location & we’ve enjoyed every one. Our server Fay was top notch, very attentive. Brunch is our favorite here, I definitely recommend the mimosa flight and classic chicken & waffles!
