Saketome Sushi is a sushi bar known for its wide selection of seafood cuisine prepared from freshly caught fish. The restaurant has a quaint décor with spacious interiors and has artistic wallpapers on the walls with fish-shaped glass works all over the premises. Open Wednesday-Saturday from December-March, this year's menu features Spanish-style tapas, beautiful salads and flavorful entrees, as well as a Spanish wine list and cocktails. Chef Rob Clagett is at the helm of the culinary experience and guests will find many locally sourced ingredients in his thoughtful dishes. Seated Bar offers our full menu. We have been regulars here for a few years. It is hands down our favorite restaurant. Impeccable service, incredible drinks, amazing food, and wheel conversation with staff and other patrons. Order the calamari that is to die for. They have the best burger in town. The fish special is always incredible. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. The sommelier will make you the best cocktail you've ever had. I can't recommend enough!

The selections from drinks to the food is outstanding! The Drago’s Breath is my favorite. I highly recommend Saketome to anyone that loves sushi!

The steak was the best in the valley. Arancini, rice ball appetizers left us wanting more. Wine list was decent. Good job.
