After meeting in the Tunisian village of Sousse, where their grandmothers were neighbours, Alexis and Alexandre decided to unite their roots around a restaurant: Mabrouk - the new Tunisian temple in the Haut Marais, with its thousand-year-old traditions from the East and its reinvention of typical and emblematic dishes.
