Reservations are strongly recommended. Our full service bar has 14 seats and accommodates walk-in's on a first come, first served basis. While there is no dress code at Sorella, we encourage guests to dress smart casual. The music volume in the restaurant is loud with a lively vibe. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals before your reservation will be canceled. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. You are beholden to your party size, your party size (unless circumstances allow) cannot be adjusted. We ask that you do not make multiple reservations with the intent to be seated together. We do our best to accommodate all guests in a timely manner, please be mindful of your dining time with us. Reservations are available 42 days in advance at 12:00am PST. Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. Our beef is dry-aged and meticulously handled by our expert team. The steaks are then cooked in a custom made, top heated, radiant broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices.Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings such as Copper River Salmon. Reserving via open table was easy. Great atmosphere with great view (if you are along the windows) but can get a little noisy if its busy. They were busy and apologized for a delayed time in getting our salads. Food/drink selection was great with good selection for my interests and likings. Can be considered a little more pricy from what range is shown.

Ambience and service were excellent! Appetizers were excellent, especially the crab cake, cheesy bread and zucchini. Prime rib was excellent, as expected. Side orders were not all as ordered, e.g., broccoli instead of green beans; Mac and cheese instead of au gratin potatoes. Deserts were excellent.

2 yr old in the booth next to us was very disruptive for 90 minutes. We remained in our seats and still enjoyed a pizza but the atmosphere was fine after that disruptive child left.
