The Odeon offers reservations for indoor and outdoor dining for parties up to 6 guests. Walk-Ins are welcome. The Outdoor Cafe is complete with rain-proof awnings, umbrellas, and heaters. Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. If you cannot be present at the time of your reservation, we will offer the table to waiting guests. Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. Continuing past the pawnshop, guests encounter a grand, circular staircase wrapped around a two-story custom chandelier, but only the adventurous will discover all that Beauty & Essex has to offer. Il ristorante è un tipico ristorante classico americano, elegante, fa cucina italiana adattata ai gusti internazionali ma di buon livello. Buona la pizza, fatta in forno a legna, buoni i cocktail. I prezzi però a mio parere sono esagerati, anche per New York. Sarebbero giustificati se dall’ intera sala si godesse la vista, ma purtroppo non è così, solo i posti fuori o alla finestra hanno un po’ di vista, comunque più sul Manhattan bridge che sul Brooklyn.
