The year was 1943, and Jim and Alice Wimmer decided to take a big risk, buying a small existing roadside restaurant known for its char-broiled steaks. Quickly seated, breakfast buffet was much more expansive than I anticipated. Definitely resort style breakfast buffet. Servers were kind and helpful. Food quality was good too. My husband was worried when it was breakfast at a Mexican restaurant and it was full on Buffett, not just hispanic food. Loves it!

Incredible meal with outstanding service. The decor is amazing but the lighting could be softer for an evening meal. Most entrees were moderately priced for an elegant restaurant, with the exception of the steaks, which were priced like a big city steakhouse. We had a wonderful evening and will be back again without question.
