A TEAM OF RESTAURANT PASSIONATES. A fantastic experience from the small team at Aldehyde. We really enjoyed the creativity of the food, great wine pairings and excellent service. Some unusual and intriguing flavours and excellent wines to match, and offers reasonable value for this level of cooking. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is within a 5-minute walk from both Notre Dame and the nearest metro station, so it is very convenient. The service was excellent; we ended up eating at the restaurant twice, and the server remembered us and changed up the wine pairings to have us try something new. Ask to be seated downstairs, which is a bit more private and doesn't have the cold draft from the front door opening.
