Not too many places can do as many things well as this particular eatery. If guests just need some premium meat to bring home to cook, the butcher shop has its own entrance at the side of the building where guests can peruse all kinds of cuts of beef, lamb, pork and various kinds of house made sausages and pate. Naturally, Laurelhurst Market's menu focuses on the many fine cuts of meat that are cut on-site as well as farm fresh produce. Appetizers include the Charcuterie Board that features house made cured meats and pates with seasonal mostarda and house pickles. We went to Black Rabbit for thanksgiving dinner and had a wonderful time. The turkey, potatoes and gravy were delicious. The service was A+. We’re already planning to go back.

Food was good. Drinks are fun and unique. Service is always great. The noise that evening was a lot with kids allowed to sit in bar area.

We had the Wednesday special of steak and lobster tail for $25.99 each. The bill came to $ 65.36. The steak was tough, however great flavor. We also had a coke and a 7up . We left a $6.00 tip. Next time we will have water only. We are sr citizens on a fixed income and $3.69 for a glass of soda is too expensive. We would have liked to leave a larger tip because the service was excellent

The brussel sprouts are amazing. I had to wait a bit before someone came to take my drink order but other than that everything was fine. I would return.
