Salted Brick is open to the public and is located within the beautiful resort community at The Ocala Preserve.     Amazing food and atmosphere! We loved the oysters, sea bass and cheesecake. Service went above and beyond by our server Mari, Austin the bartender with his creative cocktails and the GM Craig checked in on us too. Will definitely be back next time we are in Ocala!

    Jesse our waitperson was excellent as always. Delicious drinks, dinner, and homemade ice cream Jazz Music was wonder. Not overpowering. Perfect evening.

    This is our favorite place to share special occasions and time with family, when they visit. This meal was our late Christmas dinner with my parents. Kat is not only a gracious host but also very friendly and attentive. Chef Tony ensures that you have the very, very best experience that would expect and more. His dishes are 5-star and his personality is too. We always get treated as VIPs, part of the family, when we dine here. This is a dining experience that you should not pass up. We love the family and the staff. Keep up the superb service!!
