Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi.     I had the pleasure of celebrating my wife's birthday today, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had! The food was absolutely fantastic, with each dish expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The owner, Aleksandra, was incredibly friendly and sweet, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made the evening even more memorable. Overall, it was a perfect celebration, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, a lovely atmosphere, and wonderful service. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday so special!

    Mesita was fun and lively but the intention was to have a quiet evening and the noise level was too much . The same occurs in the other locations too. Acoustics need to be toned down. COBE here when you are just planning on a party.

    We live in town and frequent the restaurant for out of town guests. They have a variety of food selections, choice for vegetarian and meat lovers.
