With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley. Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food. Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

The Plough is ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland; walkers, cyclists, rock climbers, potholers, golfers and fishermen are all welcome. The Inn is within driving distance of Settle, Clitheroe and Skipton for those wanting to visit a typical market town; lots of country clothing shops, antique stalls and cafes. The Inn offers contemporary and comfortable ensuite accommodation together with a traditional pub and restaurant. During the winter months there is a roaring fire in the fireplace to welcome visitors. There is a large secure car park for cars, motor cycles and bicycles. The Hawthorn is a Georgian gem in the heart of Haworth, packed full of period features offering a relaxed environment to unwind with friends and family. This warm and appealing gastropub has been renovated throughout to showcase an array of local antiques including a stunning array of Barraclough clocks, homage to John Barraclough himself, Clockmaker to the Brontes, who used to live in this very building in the Georgian era.We serve only food made using the freshest seasonal British produce and our menu changes through the weeks to reflect this. We have a custom-made Josper charcoal grill which is the hottest indoor grill available and used by the best restaurants in the country. Cooking on the Josper ensures none of the natural moisture or flavour escapes from the food, whilst at the same time adding the distinct chargrilled taste.

    Fabulous place, staff were brilliant, food choice great, quality and taste with superb, drink selection wide. Restaurant was nice, great aumbience. Price was reflective of the quality of food / service. You will lot be disappointed.

    Absolutely delicious. Great presentation. A bit more than we would usually pay but it was hubby's 60th. I would strongly recommend this restaurant in the heart of York. Very pretty setting. 5 🌟

    This was a seven course set Christmas Eve menu, each course was served in a timely manner, and every one was exceptional. Each course had been thoughtfully crafted by the head chef who obviously knows his stuff, along side his hardworking staff, who were all very pleasant and attentive The whole place is professionally run to a high standard and provides an excellent dining experience. We look forward to a return visit in the near future, in the meantime Merry Christmas and all the very best for 2025
