John is from Mitchelstown originally and studied Hotel & Catering Management in third level. Having worked in Hotels, Bars and Restaurants throughout Cork and Limerick for many years john decided to take the plunge and open his own Restaurant in his home town.The Restaurant has gone from strength to strength since opening always offering something new and fresh to the locality. Really good food, menu is not “traditional” but the beef hash (I’ve had it before) and today’s fish special (hake) were lovely. Service is just right, not too intrusive. Really good; hopefully will be back soon.

Everything was perfect. We arrived on a wet and snowy night , concerned that we had booked the courtyard but shouldn’t have worried, it was lovely and cozy. The service was quick, friendly and efficient Food was amazing, especially the lamb koftas. Cocktails were great, especially the East 8 Hold Ups Will definitely be back

Beautiful meal in the 360 last night. Prawn Linguini was divine, lovely house Sauv Blanc wine. Fantastic and efficient service.Will definately be back.

2 of the 8 party had fillet stake, one was perfect the other was dry and tasted like it was reheated , other than that the experience was lovely.
