Started at happy hour with a double diamond martini that was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. The cauliflower bites were an excellent choice. At dinner our server, Amber, was outstanding. I’d give her six stars if I could! She was knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and efficient. My friend had a burger that she said was excellent. My ahi tuna dish was delightful as always. The slaw they serve with it - scrumptious!

Wonderful experience from the service (Curtis), ambiance (patio), and cuisine. Curtis was so in tune with the wines and meals. He practically knew just what we wanted before we even ordered. We pretty much closed the place down due to our late reservations and never felt rushed to leave. We’ll be back!!!

One of our favorite restaurants in Rock Hill. The food is always delicious and the service is always stellar. We love Kounter!
