Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. You will find all the fish is delivered from Foley’s in Boston, high quality steaks and a rotating selection of vegetable sides that are true to the region and season. Connor’s does a great job for those needing gluten-free! They ensure all food is cooked separately with new utensils to keep all gluten out of the preparation area. We know we will have safe gluten-free food.

We went to celebrate my s/o birthday and it was worth every penny. They gave him a birthday card and everyone we passed wished him a happy birthday. The service was excellent. They made him feel very special.

Excellent. I was here once in June & loved it. Back in YN from Oakland CA to visit Dollywood at krismas with my husband & had to take him to the Dancing Bear. He thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope to eat hear again some day! This is the best spot you will find in this region of TN. Well worth the drive from Pigeon Forge area!
