A native of Italy, and fluent in five languages, Chef Gaetano Ascione brings international flair to Munster, with experience, teaching, owning restaurants, consulting, and running hotels on four continents – Asia, Europe, Africa and North America. He served both Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan as Chef de Cuisine at the Georgetown Club in Washington, D.C., and served as Executive Chef for the Inaugural Banquet for President Nelson Mandela in South Africa.He is a member of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs 1248-1950, the American Culinary Federation, and the Gruppo Virtuale Cuochi Italiani. Many great items to pick on menu. 5 of us ordered different items including, tuna, steak, salmon, dinner salad, and turkey burger, as well as calamari app and egg roll app. All was presented very well and tasted great. Fries were cold, but wasn’t bothered by it as all else was very good. Service by Anisa was fantastic! Place is pricier than I remembered.

The food was wonderful and the desserts were amazing. I will definitely go back several times. I can't wait for Spring and summer to sit in the roof top area, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This was a wonderful dining experience from the moment we were welcomed at the door. We had a large party in celebration of our daughter's college graduation. She selected this restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was excellent. With a party of 10 and everyone enjoyed their meal.
