Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable.     The Cantonese food was excellent! Came here with my Chinese family and there were 12 of us. We were given our own area which was private. Food was great and portion sizes were generous. All agreed that we will definitely return. Good value for money and great food!!

    Great experience. Hosted 24 guests for a family Christmas luncheon. Great service. Very accomodating. Nothing was too hard. Food was wonderful and reasonably priced. Could not fault them. Will definitely be back.

    We couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. The service was terrific. Our wait staff was very pleasant, interacted with us, explained how the night worked and each menu item. He was very attentive without being over the top. The food was plentiful and delicious and were even offered a container to take ours surplus home. A very enjoyable evening.

    The Spring high tea set is amazing 🤩 beautiful and tasty. Impressive for all the little details, even for the small tiny handbag shape cake, it has 2 filling inside. The texture is very smooth and it will tickle your taste buds. Staffs are friendly and attentive.
