Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. Our beef is dry-aged and meticulously handled by our expert team. The steaks are then cooked in a custom made, top heated, radiant broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices.Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings such as Copper River Salmon. Our bakery turns out fresh baked dinner rolls daily along with a variety of home made cakes and desserts. First timers must try our famous "Chocolate Sack".Our lively cocktail lounge, located in the lower level, has an elegant yet casual atmosphere.

We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

Welcome to the Steam Plant Restaurant and Brew Pub! This historical building actually functioned as a steam plant between 1916 and 1986, when the last boiler was shut down in December of that year.Then years later, the old plant was transformed from a dirty, drab industrial behemoth into a cathedral-bright architectural showcase becoming a functional commercial space while maintaining as much history and equipment as possible within the rigid guidelines of historic renovation. Fortunately, the iconic twin stacks continue to lend a uniqueness to the Spokane skyline. Since reopening in November 2021, the Steam Plant has partnered with Grain Shed Brewing whose beers are made with regionally sourced ingredients. The bar and dinner menus have been updated to showcase local favorites. Prices range from $11 - 16 for shareable appetizers, soups & salads, handhelds, and pizza; entries range from $18 - 38; and desserts range from $9 - 19 for the Steam Plant Shareable that feeds 4-6 people.

Very historical building and property salvaged by building new structure within the old structure. Maintained the history and display. Very unique. Food was 5 star. Ambiance was 5 star for creativity and unique atmosphere. Service, while not bad, the servers never seemed to be aware of the empty dishes on the table when serving next course. Just kept stacking up. I’ll be back for the food.

Great meal. Flank steak for Sheri, salmon and clams for me. Everything, including bacon and blue salad, was terrific. Alexandra was the perfect server. Wine was excellent!

This is always an outstanding meal. Food and service is always excellent. Expect to drop a few bills but enjoy, it’s worth it!

Me and my wife had the valentines special, we got the diamond experience. Food was amazing! But We have never been there and they didn’t explain how it all worked very well. None the less it was so good! And we will be going back
