The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result?     We had a late lunch on our way up to Sister Bay, but wanted try Chop for dinner as it was highly recommended. We ordered only Caesar Salad and Lobster Bisque and they were perfect and frankly the best we’ve ever experienced. We couldn’t resist the carrot cake and ordered it to go and it was delicious as well. Service was impeccable and our server was delightful. Already planning a return trip!

    Delicious food but fries were cold. Great service. Dining room was cold. Zinc tables don’t help keeping the food hot.

    We had a lovely dinner at LURE! It was my mother’s birthday. We had asked for a round table for 6 and that is exactly what was set up. The food was fresh (fish) and delicious! Our server was really friendly, prompt, and seemed to like her job. Everyone had a nice dinner, and the deserts were fabulous THANK YOU!
