We started making wine in the garage as a hobby back in 2008, but for Winemaker Mark Hulst, it quickly became a passion. By 2012 Skagit Cellars began commercially producing wine. Within a year our wines began winning awards at local, national, and international wine competitions.We select only the finest grapes from the Chelan and Columbia Valleys and use a natural process during production. Currently, 80% of fruit is sourced from Lake Chelan AVA. The grapes harvested from each vintage should be the focal point of every bottle and as a result, our wine represents the best flavors of each variety from that year. $20 tasting fee waived with bottle purchase.

We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill. Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style. As such, your food will be coursed out as we see fit. for groups ordering individually, we will do our best to get your order out all at once, but you may experience some slightly longer wait times.We can’t wait to see you!

    An amazing evening. Ambiance was good…wood burning fireplace next to table. Drinks were generous and tasty. Interesting as well. Service good. Food was Delicious! We will be going back and soon. Really hope no one else discovers this place.

    a little longer wait upon arrival due to lingering guests, but once seated the view was amazing, the appetizer came out very fast and the meal did too - delicious and fresh. Waitstaff were great and the place was buzzing, a really nice treat for the holidays.

    Great experience. Service was terrific (Barb), made my 1st time at the steakhouse a memorable time. The food could not have been better. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Will return soon. Again, thank you for an awesome experience.

    We brought in our own food as suggested by manager. Live music was wonderful, service was fabulous. Wine was delicious. Highly recommend this winery.
