Vitis serves up steak grilled over Binchotan high-grade oak charcoal sourced in the Kishu region (modern Wakayama and southern Mie prefectures). This is steak dining in a chic, relaxed atmosphere. Carefully selected black-hair Wagyu beef is grilled slowly in a specially built hearth and served with wines that beautifully complement the steak.
