Welcome to The Elephant Restaurant The Elephant is a bright, informal restaurant which is situated near the beautiful Torbay harbour. We’re not supposed to be biased, but is there anywhere in the UK more beautiful than Devon? We think not (sorry not sorry). With cathedrals, canals and our very own Bill’s right at the heart (with a sunny outdoor seating area we might add), this place is a feast for the eyes and our food a feast for the belly *chef’s kiss*.
