Remington's is named after the legendary Frederic Remington, an artist who loved the early American West. He transferred that love into thousands of paintings and sketches. The walls of our restaurant and the Bridges' Clubhouse are adorned with prints of some of those great works.The Remington's menu is a work of art as well, carefully curated our team. We were expecting an average and pricy experience like most places in Snowmass village, but Kenichi standed out! One of the best Japanese restaurant we’ve ever been! Worth every penny!

Unfortunately we were not able to have dinner at Stark’s Alpine Grill due to the restaurant being closed. I read a past review that had a similar experience. That being said, OpenTable should update this and make sure they close off the times if it is not open. I also suggest those that make a reservation double check with the hotel receptionist to see if it’s open or not. We were able to go to the restaurant for breakfast and were very happy with how our food came out.
